Resort Stay-Dining Plan for all days--1 day base ticket??

We want to do it this way because we have tickets left and do not need anymore than one day. Will this cause any problems with being on the dining plan?

Nope, no problem. If you purchase the Dining Plan you only need to purchase 1-day base tickets, if you're talking about Free Dining, then you will be required to purchase 2-day base tickets.
