Resort Sea Raycers!

My apologizes if this is the wrong forum but I figured since you rent them at the resorts you guys may have an idea. =) Will Disney permit my 2 year old to ride along in a sea raycer? Obviously I am driving. I couldn't find any age restrictions other than for the driver. Thanks!

I brought my 3 year old, but that was 6 years ago. not sure if that helps.
