I have a quick question. If we have a reservation at beach club for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and my nephew ends up not coming, can I just remove him and keep my reservation, or is it like the new rules where there will have to make sure there's another room available for us to book before we can make the change? I don't want to be stuck paying his costs if his mom backs out of letTing him come. Thanks for any info!

You can change your reservation. Most rooms at BC sleep 5. I think there's a deadline for park tickets bought through a package. If you went through a TA they will need to make the change.

You can remove a guest as long as it's not the lead guest. That's just modifying an existing reservation. If you have a vacation package and modify it less than 30 days before check in, you will incur a change fee. Make sure you also drop his ticket and dining (if you have the DDP) as well. If you have a room only reservation you can drop him at any time. But if it's a RO reservation then you bought tickets separately. In that case, you'll be stuck with that extra ticket if you paid for it. But you could always keep it for your next trip.
