I am having somewhat of a hard time picking a resort for my family. We would like a moderate or deluxe resort, but need some recommendations from others who have stayed there. We were wanting a resort that offers a lot to do leisure-wise, such as spas, nice pools, and other activities. Any and all advice will be appreciated. Thanks!!

CSR is a great choice for a moderate resort. It has a great pool and slide, terrific transportation that doesn't share with another resort and good food options. CSR also has some deluxe amenities like a spa, salon and fitness center to go along with full menu room service.

For a moderate, I would recommend either CSR or POR. They both have a lot of water activities, good food courts. CSR does have a cooler pool and better bus transportation, but POR is more quiet and quaint(CSR has conventioneers). For a deluxe, you can't beat the monorail resorts for convenience. CR has an awesome view from the tower for fireworks and Poly has beautiful landscaping and a great pool. CR feels more industrial like a hotel and Poly feels more like a tropical resort. They both have lots of water activities and Poly has a kids club for babysitting at nite for kids over 4. WL isn't on the monorail but has boat transport to MK and lots of activities like bikes and horses. That should give you enough to think about. :rotfl: Good luck.:thumbsup2

For deluxe resorts we love the Poly and the WL :goodvibes. The Poly has the monorail, the beach to sit and watch fireworks, hammocks to relax in, the mouse boats to rent (not sure if you can rent those at WL or not :confused3), and the overall tropical atmosphere of the resort is wonderful :cloud9:. The WL is just as nice in its own way with an out-doorsy theme. As a pp mentioned, it has boat service to the MK and you can rent bikes :). Both resorts have great pools and the ambiance of both are wonderful. It just depends what kind of surroundings you're looking for. We love both resorts for different reasons, but our favorite is the Poly; although the WL runs a very close second :dance3:.
