Resort Parking Question

Hello! I am taking a trip in August with my family, one member who will be using an ECV. We are staying at Cabins in Fort Wilderness and will have our own vehicle. On the day we are visiting Epcot, we have a dinner reservation for Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club resort. My question is - the morning we go to Epcot, could we park at Beach Club - or can you only park at the resort if you have a reservation there? Does the fact that we have a dinner reservation for Cape May allow us to park there for that day? Could we use the resort valet (I believe it is a $25 fee)?

The reason I want to park here is it gives us the option of either leaving after dinner is my wife is tired and having our car close, or exit park through IG after illuminations and maybe checking out the Boardwalk? Any thoughts about this strategy?

Thank you in advance for your knowledge in this matter!

You will need to Valet park at the Beach Club.

This is a good question and I'm interested to hear the answer!

I actually had a similar, but not identical, question. I am staying offsite, but have plans to book a character breakfast one morning at the Contemporary. If I park valet there in the morning, can I stay parked there for the day and visit MK (walking from the Contempo) or would I have to leave and repark at the TTC to take the monorail or ferry? Not trying to do anything wrong, just want to know where it is okay for me to park!

If you Valet, you'll be able to leave your car at CR all day.

Resort parking is neither designed to be nor large enough to be theme park parking.
It is perfectly acceptable to pay to Valet Park, which is $25+ tip, for the day if there is room.
Good Luck

You can' park all day in the resort parking. You're limited to 3 hours. You can park Valet at any resort on property and stay for the day.

You only have a 3 hour limit to park your car at any resort parking lot..... If you have dinner reservations they probably won't allow you to park early in the morning at Beach Club Villas

Thanks! We only were interested in parking valet the day that we were going to have a reserved meal at the hotel, not just to bypass the TTC, any other day we will be parking in the park lot like normal.

As others have said, you can valet park your car at BC (or even BWI if you think you will go there after dinner) and leave your car there for the day. Another alternative, if you don't want to pay for valet, would be to park at DHS and simply us the Friendship boats to travel back to the DHS parking lot after your EP or BWI evening activities.

There are times when you will be turned away from valet parking if you don't have a dining reservation or you are not a guest at that resort. I've seen them turn cars away from the Contemporary a few times.
