Resort Key Charges

I understand that when staying at a WDW resort the name that the reservation was made in is on all key cards.If you want each person in the room to be able to make charges on their key card,how is this done?Do they put each person's name on their card,in case they are asked for identification,in addition to the name of the reservation holder?Thanks.

No, but the do check the signature on the back of the card against the receipt. They won't accept an unsigned card.
