I m staying at Disney all star music on 27th august for 3 weeks please can you tell me What sort of thing can I hire when staying in room like bed rails, microwave etc

You can request bed rails or a pack & play. There are microwaves in the food court you can use.

Nothing that I know of. These things are free, the bed rails, or pack & play. What sort of things did you want other than bed rails? Microwaves are only a request at deluxe resorts.

Adam I am pretty sure you asked this question and got many answers a few months ago. Maybe I am wrong, but I thought so.
Weren't you directed to look at Care Medical's website. Care Medical is an offsite vendor that rents all kinds of equipment that you could have to use in your room.
Looking at their site may help you identify what you might want in your room.
But basically other than the bed rails there is nothing that Disney offers to you, free or for a fee.

Adam, the bedrails that are available through WDW are for children. If you want bedrails for an ADULT it has been recommended to rent from Care Medical. I don't believe microwaves are available for resort rooms but you are welcome to use the one in the food court. The room will have a refrigerator. Not sure what else you might want in the room, feel free to ask about specific items if you have something else in mind.
