Resort Dining

if you were going to eat at a resort which would you choose and would you choose b/c of the restaurant or the resort or both?

Sanaa at the AKL - mostly for the food but the views are great too.

Artists Point and Whispering Canyon - Mostly for the resort, my favorite at WDW.

The Tea Room at the GF - for both the food and the resort.

Polynesian - we have even driven over from Universal vacations just to eat at Kona or Ohana. Yummy! We love everything about the resort.

If I am going to eat anywhere it would be because of the restaurant not because of where it was at.
HOWEVER, That doesn't apply to parks. (lol, when I am in MK, I don't want to leave to eat)

That said, I love to eat at WCC which is in the WL. Very good food and yes I do like the boat ride over from MK.

We also like CM and admit I do like to "visit" the CR.

Now Ohana, I love but I'm not a big fan of the Poly. I don't like the humidity from the water and I am not fond of the smell either. But I will go eat there....again because of the food.

Ohana at the Polynesian!! LOVED it for both reasons, beautiful Hotel and Great Restaurant

Also enjoyed Boma at the Animal Kingdom Logdge for the same reasons

I go to the resort to get to the restaurant of our choice. Kona, O'Hana's, The Wave, Artist Pointe are a few that are great.

I would go to Jiko for the food. Also, if I am not staying at AKL it is a good excuse to go there and experience the animals and atmosphere. I would also go to V&A for the food, not the resort.
