Resort Airline Check-In - Anyway Possible?

I'm "semi handicapped" with leg braces and my husband has some mobility issues also. We have a group of 5 of us (2 children) staying at CSR and we have a 6:00 AM flight on a Monday morning and we are staying at the Hyatt at the airport Sunday night. We are renting a van so we will not need to use the DME shuttle at all. We were thinking that possibly we could use the resort airline check-in Sunday night and then just take what we need for Sunday night and Monday morning to make it easier with our mobility issues and the kids. Then, I was reading that the resort airline check-in desk is only open from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. So....it looks like we will not be able to check in within the 12 hour deadline. Does anybody know of any way we could possibly use the resort check in so we could avoid the airline check in? We would love to just get up in time to go straight to the gate at the airport in the morning, without lugging all of our bags, along with sleepy children, etc. I'm sure we're out of luck but sometimes people here have great ideas!!! I believe that checkin desks at the resorts close down around 2 pm, making it impossible to checkin for flights early the followingm morning. I had a 6:45 flight that I found was impossible to checkin for at the resort...I changed the flight! If you have a flight between 2 am and 7 am you pretty much can't use it. Especially those using DME since they pick you up 3 hrs before flight time. Since the desk doesn't open until 5 am, you can't check in for anything before 7:30ish flightwise...if that makes sense.

From what I understand, the rules about a 12-hour maximum time between checking in luggage at RAC and your scheduled flight time are NOT Disney rules, but rather are TSA rules. If that's the case, then they're NOT going to be able to make an accommodation for you. Sorry.
