Hope someone can answer this question for me.
About a month or so ago, - maybe 3 weeks - someone posted a site that we could go to and it would let us browse a picture in our PC, link it in and our pic would be resized.
I have used it several times and for some reason, I have lost it.
I am pretty sure it was on this thread site somewhere.
Have been looking for it and can't seem to find it again.
