I've booked a 2 bed 2 bath suite in June direct through Marriott but could not get a non-smoking suite guaranteed. What's the chances of non-smoking suite being available when I check in, or on-line nearer the date? Would it be worth me trying to get 2 separate studio room (non-smoking) which Marriotts website could guarantee? Are studios connecting?
Second question - when hotels say pets are allowed - are they only allowed in rooms/suites or are they also allowed in the grounds, poolside, etc? Where pets are allowed, do the hotels usually stick to the same rooms like they would with smoking/non-smoking? What I mean is, could I ask for a room which has not had any animals in it?
