Residence Inn Garden Grove or another suite

DH is going to be working ner Anaheim so the kids and I will be staying at hotel all day. I don't plan on doing DL everyday so I hope to fnd a hotel ith a decent room/pool. This hotel says it is new but I am wondering if it is actually a new building or a older hotel newly taken over by Marriot. Anyone stayed there.
Alo it says shuttle available and 4 or so blocksfrom DL. IS this walkable??
Any advie would be appreciated. We stayed at the other Residence Inn and walked from there but because the title says Disneyland in it we can't use that for business

I will be staying at the Clarion...it looks nice from what I have seen and is supposed to be w/in walking distance to DL, but we're still taking the shuttle (we have 2 kids, ages 8 and 5, and we'll be doing plenty of walking already). Hope this helps!
