Resevations number down?

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but does anyone know if the reservations phone system is down or glitching?

I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes last night and another half hour today to no avail...

I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes last night and another half hour today to no avail...

It's not down, but there are long waits. When it's down, they'll be a message telling you.

But with the website being glitchy, not able to take payments, etc - the phones are packed.
