Reserving Disney Magic Behind the Steam trains

Is this one at 180 days out, or can you book it further out than that? Can't seem to find anything that gives a timeframe.

Are you talking about the tour? I believe most (all?) tours can be booked 180 days from the date of your tour.

One thing I realized when I booked my upcoming Keys to the Kingdom tour - write down your confirmation number and tour information as they don't send you a confirmation and it doesn't appear in MDE. I called back a few weeks later to confirm I really did make that reservation, and they assured me I had!

I've seen that in a few places (calling back to reconfirm because it doesn't show up anywhere!). Sure doesn't make one confident in the system!

Yes, 180 as are all the tours. And don't discounts....AP< DVC, Disney Visa, all 15%.

I have taken this tour and it is excellent. You have to get up early, but so worth it. Enjoy.

Hey Dan! Bob and I have taken this tour a few times over the years (bringing new folks each time). We Love it. We are traveling with another family this fall and Bob is taking our son-in-law and two other adults (HUGE train lovers) this time.
I believe the last time we booked this tour, it was further out than 180 days, so I wanted to make sure what the "rules" were this time!
