I am leaving in 4 weeks (yeah!). I want to try eating lunch at the Carnation Cafe one day while I am there. Should I make a reservation?

I would. It's a small restaurant and every time we've eaten there we've seen at least a few people waiting in line to be seated (people without ressies). We're local so we often don't make ressies since it's usually a last minute choice for where we're going to eat but we always plan out and call ahead for CC. Then when we arrive we're seated immediately and bypass the line of people waiting for a table. We don't have to call far in advance. We usually just call a day or 2 before we go and we've never had trouble getting the time we wanted.
