I'm going in April and I have already made some of my ADR's. However, should you make reservations for lunches and breakfasts? I'm going during April vacation so it's going to be pretty crowded.

Plan on reserving any meal which is table service (the only type which will take reservations). If you want a TS breakfast or lunch, I'd reserve it rather than be disappointed!

I agree. I made our ADRs about a month ago and I have all of my meals planned with ressies. Maybe it's excessive but I wanted to try alot of places I had never tried before. I don't believe I have any counter service places in mind, but we haven't been to WDW in two years and I'm splurging. Besides we have never indulged in a character meal before so this year we are doing lots of them!

Try to get what you want asap. Other posters have already reported not having luck with some of the more popular places for easter time. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to be going from Saturday till Friday. We already made reservations for the Rainforest Cafe that Sat night. Tuesday we have hoopdeedoo tickets with reservations made awhile ago. We also have a character breakfast planned also. Do I haveto make reservations for places like the Spoodles on the boardwalk, or the si-fi cafe?

My Rule of Thumb is if there is any restaurant that I know I want to eat at, or if there is a specific time that I want to eat, I make an ADR.
April is busy. The Dining Plan has made all TS restaurants far busier than in the past. If you want a TS meal, either in the parks or at a resort/Boardwalk area I would advise you to make your ADR's ASAP.
Are you on the Dining Plan? If you are, you certainly don't want to find yourself in the position of having TS credits and being unable to use them as you do not have ADR's
Good Luck!

What are TR's? I see so much lingo around on these boards, its crazy! So basically, what would happen if for one night I wanted to go out to eat at a resteraunt in Mexico. Should I just make the reservations now or should I not? I'm kind of panicing because it seems like if I don't make reservations then my friends and I, (who I am going with) won't be able to eat!!
