Reservations wanted for 12/3/09 - 12/07/09

We are looking at going to Disney's Boardwalk Villas with check in on December 3rd, 2009 and checking out on December 7th, 2009. I believe I need 68 points for a studio perferred room. Can someone can help me out by telling me that is a room that is over the boardwalk and over looks the water?? We are thinking about buying a Disney Vacation club membership and would like to go down and try everything out first. Please message us back if you can help.

You will have a hard time getting a DVC room anywhere but OKW or SSR for December. To answer your Boardwalk question, there are two views, standard and preferred, there are two preferred views,costing the same points, one is Boardwalk view, about 20% of the rooms, and pool/garden view.

You have to call at the 11 month window to request Boardwalk view,they fill up fast.
