Reservations that have one time use year points?

Can you modify a reservation that you made at 7 months with the purchase of one time use year points? If I want to change resorts can I do that? TIA

Yes you can. However, the new reservation has to be within the 7 month window. Once you have your OTU points, you can modify or cancel & rebook, but you won't get 11 month priority even at the resort the OTU points come from.
