Can you cancel these on the morning of the reservation without penalty?

The penalty, if not canceled within the period of time stated on the reservation is $10 per person to my understanding.

If they do not have your CC info, they cannot charge you.

The OP's title says they are asking about restaurants that do NOT requirea a CC guarantee.

I didn't think there could be a penalty without the CC number. I am really stressing about my ADR's because in the past we've had to cancel meals due to sickness. I hate this new policy. Out of my 8 meals I'm booking, only 3 have required a CC, thank goodness.

I don't know. I was just making sure I was understanding the new policy and there wasn't some "catch" with the meals that don't require a CC. Didn't think there could be anything but wanted to check and make sure!
