We are cruising with 3 other families and were wondering if we can break up into groups and make reservations for one another (one family goes to Palo to make reservations for all of us, and the other heads for the Oceaneer's Club, and the other to the spa)? Don't know if this makes any sense, but we were just trying to save time, so we don't spend more than an hour or two making reservations.

You can split up for the spa and Palo, but you will each want to register your children for the programming...that needs to be done by the parents or guardians.

wife and I made res.for palo, kids club, and spa in about 30 min. after we had been on the boat for 2-3 hrs.it was our 1st cruise andafter reading this board for 2months we thought we would have to rush around.it was nothing like what we were led to believe by reading this board.

The "need for speed" depends on which ship/cruise you are on and also what you are looking for. Because the Magic is a weeklong cruise, appointments do not go as quickly as they do on the Wonder, where there are only 3 or 4 days. On our Magic trip, I stopped by the spa about 15 minutes after ressies had started, and I was the only one there. But if you want something popular (and with low capacity), like High Tea, get there FAST or I guarantee you will not get it! Same thing with the surial...that one can get filled very quickly, especially on the Wonder.

Ditto from me, there was no need or reason to run around. I got everything I wanted on my first choice of days and did not get there until hours after they started taking reservations. I was on the 7 day Western.
