Reservations for others using my Points

Hi everyone,

Due to work commitments, we decided to rent our points, we then found people who wanted a reservation making on their behalf, which we have done. The only problem is who can they phone and check it has been made in their names without us giving our membership number out ?. We cannot wait for MS to mail it to us as ( wait for this )it takes a month for mail to Scotland, as they send all mail to Europe via Zurich Switzerland.Please don't refer us to FAQ on renting questions. Any advice gratefully received.

Perhaps you can arrange for all of you to be in the same place. You can then make the call to MS, give your member number to access the account and
put the others on the phone to hear the reservation confirmation in their name. Anita.

Don't know if they can do this but you might ask them e-mail or fax the confirmation.

How about a conference call. If that doesn't work, I agree with having the fax the info to you. I think they can also call OKW front desk directly a couple of weeks ahead of the travel.
