Reservations for Large Group - Need help

Seeking help on how to reserve ADRs for a larger sized group than I usually plan for (9 adults, 2 kids ages 3 & 6).

Our trip is planned for December (3rd to 9th). We'll mostly focus on quick service but do want to make 1 or 2 character meal reservations. I know the odds are against me but has anyone had success in booking a larger group? How did you do it? I figure I could split the group up and try to come close to the same time, but what size in mini groups?

Advice is welcome.

Thanks! I had done a cursory look but wasn't sure if advice would be any different as WDW reopens. Fewer restaurants are open (at least right now) & things are just so different than the last time we visited.
