reservations for Hoop-Dee-Do question

Since it is still 11 months away from our vacation, if I would book the Hoop-Dee-Do now and then would cancel (if need be), would I get charged a penalty fee? How soon can you book?

you can book now. i believe you have an 48 hour cancellaton time frame w/out being charged. this is a fun evening!

Is it really necessary to book this early and how much does it cost? 2 adults, 3 boys ages 11, 14 & 17 Thank you!

You can book 2 years in advance. Its $49.01 Adult and $24.81 ages 3-11. Tax and gratuity is included. Supposedly the tables are assigned in the order that the reservations are made. When we went last July, I made a reservation in Jan. for July and we had a table up against the stage. If you know what day your will be attending, it won't hurt to call and make the reservation now.

If you book now (11 months out) that would pretty much guarantee a table down front.... We've had those tables so many times, last time I waited to the last minute just to get a different view for a change. We ended up with balcony seating... and had a great time....as usual.

Can anyone tell me how you'd get to the Hoop-Dee-Do from the CBR. We don't plan on going into a park that day and hope we don't have to activate our ticket to go through the park to get the needed transportation that gets you there. We'll have our own car and didn't know if it would be more convenient to drive ourselves or if CBR has their own bus that takes you there. We are also doing Chef Mickey's on a day we won't be going into the parks. Same situation here? Thanks for the help!

take the bus from cbr to the mk. once you get off the bus at the mk, walk striaght to the docks on your left (don't actually go in the mk). take the boat to fort wilderness. follow the mass of people off the boat walking straight. walk about 25-35 paces and you'll see a fork in the path. stay to the right, and pioneed hall is about another 35 paces on your right. you can't miss it.

I always drive my own car...much easier than taking the bus there. You still have to park adn take this other shuttle bus through the campground but its still easier taking your own car.
