Reservations easier with meal plan??

Does having the Meal plan help you get reservations?? I was just wondering if it made any difference? Thanks.

I haven't used the meal plan yet, but I wouldn't think it would help, because the CM's don't ask if you'll be using a meal plan until after they give you the PS time if I remember right, when they're giving you directions, reminding you if it's necessary to have park admission or not, etc.
