Reservations by phone or online?

I am planning on booking three nights in June in a few weeks and was wondering if anybody has a preference as to whether they book their reservations by phone or online? I would like the option to get everything paid up before we go so that we don't have to worry about it when we're there, but it doesn't matter to me if we can pay online or not. Are the people on the phone helpful in answering questions?

We booked our first trip last April over the phone, after trying online. The availability online was stating none, I called and we got the dates we wanted. They are very helpful and friendly! However, there is not a toll free number. I would recommend calling.

I would call...If you try to make reservations online you can not ask or apply any promotions. With calling you will be assured the best rate on your deal but you MUST ask if they are running any specials or ask about AAA or any other specific discounts that may be applicable to you (military, teachers, etc.) Goo dluck & have fun!!!.

I booked a trip on line for June of 2005 in February of 2005 with no problem at all. I booked a trip on line a couple of weeks ago for January of 2006 with no problem at all.
I like doing things online.

You can call 1-800-828-0228 and go through the prompts - same 800 number to get dining ADR's when the time comes too!!!
