Reservation Wanted: BCV or BWV, 10/25/09 - 11/1/09, Studio

Hi, I am interesting in renting a studio at one of the Boardwalk locations for seven nights starting 10/25/09. I've rented before (twice) and am familiar with the process. I calculate this to require 87 points at Boardwalk and 106 at Beach Club, but you should double-check my numbers.

Please check room availability with Member Services and let me know the following:

1. Is a studio available for the dates requested at BCV?
2. What is the per point fee that you wish to receive?

3. Is a studio available for the dates requested at BWV?
4. What is the per point fee that you wish to receive?

We are no-nonsense, experienced renters who know what a good deal is. If your offer is good and we are comfortable with you and your offer, we'll make this happen.

Please don't waste your time by suggesting and researching other resort alternatives or dates for me. We aren't interested in resort hopping and if I can't get a DVC rental to work, I'll just wait for the fall deals and use my AP to secure a AP discounted room.
