Reservation wanted-250 points

Non-DVC member parents would love to surprise their kids (15,13,9) with a first time trip to Disney. Looking at either the Beach Club villas (2br) or the Boardwalk villas (2br) from October 20 to October 26. If calculations are correct, 250 points would be needed. Would be willing to pay $10.50 per point. Thanks....
