Reservation Wanted 2 seperate trips

I am planning on doing two trips this year First I would like to go May 3 to 6 and stay in a studio somewhere?? Second Trip will be Oct 18 to 22 (my son's and wife's birthdays!!!) at AKV one bedroom Killimanjaro Club Concierge. I'm new to this so any help will be apprciated.
