Reservation system down this morning

I just called to try to change one of our ressies to an earlier time and was told the entire dining reservation system is down this morning for "enhancements" and would be back up this afternoon.

we were able to make 3 ADR's over the phone about 15 minutes ago

I called about 10 minutes ago...made an ADR. I decided to call back and make another, and was told the system was down. The CM said that the system has been up and down all day!
