FYI: I just got off the phone with MS. I was checking on 2 reservations that I made for AUGUST and SEPTEMBER. My blood ran cold when they told me they had no record of the reservations. Panic set in quickly as I knew my airline reservations were non refundable and they had no more rooms for my dates. Fortunately after 15 minutes on hold they found the reservations. The problem: these were made with developer points and they are what MS calls a manual paper reservation. They had mispelled my last name and that is why they had no record. Todays lesson, verify the spelling of your name when using developer points. Lesson #2, verify your hotel resies before you book air travel!!!!!!!
