Hello. We were waitlisted for 1 night mid trip. The waitlist has now come through (thankfully!). The result is I now have 3 reservations. Is there benefit to asking Member Services to take the 3 and make them into 1 week long reservation? I am thinking this may make check-in easier? :confused3 Any advise would be appreciated.

No, there is no advantage in doing that as long as MS has linked all of the reservations together, making one seamless reservation (which is what you want anyway).

Enjoy! :)

I don't know if MS can do that. I do know, with the new software, that when you have a segmented trip like that, even linked, that you won't be able to complete online check in. It doesn't recognize the split.

Thanks! Quickest turnaround on the net LOL. Will leave as is and go from there. Doc - thanks and totally thrilled about the DISapallooza btw..our first time at Universal and we're pretty stoked. :)

Even if it asks if you want to do on line checkin? I don't want to check in ahead of time because I only want my key to have charging privileges, but it is asking if I want to do it.

You can't combine those 3 segments into one - I had the same situation earlier this year due to a waitlist. We also had to check in/out and get new keys for each segment.

You cannot do online check in for the whole trip, not sure if it would let you do it for the first part or not - I didn't try.

Nope, won't let you. I tried for my August trip. It gave me the link and it lets you get all the way through and then when you hit submit, it stays it can't process.

I tried for all the segments I had, figuring it would work until the last one--a no go.
