Reservation Lead Guest Question

I am the lead name on our dining reservations. I have some medical issues and there is a chance I may not be able to make one or 2 of our dinners. If that happens can someone go in my place with the rest of my family even though I am the name on the booking? We have family that will be down at the same time so can my sister, for instance, go with my husband and kids and they just check in with my name and confirmation #?

Wonderful!! I wasn't sure if they connected it somehow to the magic bands and would scan my sisters and say wait a minute this isnt the right person haha.

I have never had my MB scanned other than to pay the bill. Since you should have put DH name on reservation when they asked for names, he checks in and they never even blink at who the others are.

Yes, I've never been asked for any kind of ID when checking in, and the other members of my party are always listed under the reservation. I know last trip at least one of us had to skip meals for a few days in a row when we all started getting sick.

The only time you *may* have an issue is at PPO breakfasts. They always wanted to scan my magic band (ie: the reservation holder) in order to enter the line.

Sure.....we have switched people all over the place and gone with less people and had people show up when lead wasn't there.
All was fine.

no.....they just gave the name of the person the reservation was under and went in.
For the switches....no name changes required. You don't really gave to put names down other than a lead person
