Do we know if the usual 60 day window will apply? I would have thought so, but the first MNSSHP is on August 15th so if they are only letting you book the Beak & Barrel for MNSSHP dates, the June 12th booking window opening for hotel guests would be more than 60 days out from the first date. I wonder if they will let people book any party date if they have a linked ticket?
Not gonna lie- the menu for this place could be a shot of crappy rum and I’ll still be plowing over grandma if necessary to get a reservation. Unless it’s like $40/drink. Then I’ll be priced out and all grandmas will be safe

Should be at 6:00 a.m. EST on the website or app, 7:00 a.m. EST by phone. However, Disney's IT dept is woefully inadequate and the reservations could drop at any time during the day.
Does anyone know if you don't have Not So Scary tickets but have a beak and barrel reservation at 10-11 pm if you can stay in park (annual pass holder) without trying to go to any rides or if that area of the park will require being able to see a party band just to get into the area?

You will not be permitted to stay past 7. Park closes to non-party guests at 6. You have to have a party ticket to utilize that reservation. It should have said that on your email.
I just looked at the B&B page and it says this ...
Note: A valid admission ticket for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the same night is required and is not included in the price of dinner.
