RESERVATION FORM FEDEXED IN, DUE TOMORROW. Will I be in time?

Hi all.
I FedExed my reservation form this morning and the due date on it is August 13 (TOMORROW!). Its overnighted, so does this mean the close of business day tomorrow or what? Just want to make sure I'm not left out in the cold, especially with people snatching up rooms with CBR closed!

Call CRO, tell them you have sent the payment, and ask for an extension. They do it all of the time. You'll be fine.

You do know that you could have just called them and done the deposit over the phone with your credit card, don't you? They now take all major credit cards over the phone.

ARGH!!! The CM I spoke to told me she was sending me my confirmation and from there I had to send in my payment. I may just call in my credit card and have two nights booked as a deposit!

Just to let you guys know, I just called CRO and gave them a credit card deposit "just in case". The CM told me that even overnight shipping doesn't guarantee your account being credited the next day. As he put it "Fed Ex gets it here quicker than the time it hits the grounds to billing and us." So now I will have a two night deposit, the room is definitely mine.

Also, just to let everyone know!!
CM told me that with the AP discount, if I lost my room from the deposit not being paid, I will more than likely not get that room back at AP rate, especially with the CBR fiasco. If you lose your room with an AP rate, the room is put into the pool of "rack rates", not back to the alotment for AP holders.
AP HOLDERS BEWARE! DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!!!!
