Reservation confirmation slips-not very specific?

We have a trip booked at GF/RPC. The reservation confirmation only states the # of nights, dates of travel, and "water/garden" listed as the room type. Our requests are not on there (I expected this?) and it does not say "concierge or main building concierge" anywhere? Is this normal or do I need to call CRO to be sure they specify concierge on the confirmation document?

It should give a code such as one with a "D" in it. That is what type of room you have. GF rooms usually start with the B code, FW is F etc. What code is posted on your confirmation?

There is no letter code listed on the reservation page at all! - Cause for concern????

A yellow/gold CRO confirmation will list Garden/Water under view for a concierge room (atleast for the concierge deluxe, but I think the regular concierge room is the same). There will not be any other listing of the room type. The room type listing is on the confirmations from the Walt Disney Travel Company.

What do you mean by yellow/gold? Are you referring to the paper it's on? Ours is white with blue at the top. Sorry if this is a dumb ques.

Well, I haven't gotten a CRO confirmation since December, so it could have possibly changed color. It used to be a yellow/goldish piece of paper.

Yes they have changed the paper and envelops again. Received my new reservations blue and white.

They don't put specific requests in on confirmations. That goes in the notes that only CRO and the resort can see. For example, when a guest requests Bldg 5 rooms 5455-5999 facing the pool odd numbered rooms only, ground floor, 24K fixtures in bathroom, etc..that's only seen by the resort, and they do the best to accomodate your requests.

I got my confirmation yesterday for a reservation I made last week, it was blue & white with tinkerbell on the front (no mickey!). It was for an OKW 1 bedroom with an AP rate. I noticed that nowhere does it say 1 bedroom. Under room view it just says "variable", the package says "1 night BCG Disney Package".
