Reservation CM told me to call back in a few days and ask if I have a PIN code ??

Long story short I currently have a split CBR stay 3 nights King thru disney with free dining and 1 night via orbitz/cheaptickets for a double bed. I have been trying to extend my 3 nights to 4 and get free dining / no check out check in situation to no avail.

However, this time when I called the CM said "next time you call ask if i you have any PINS associated with your account" she made some vague reference to Port Orleans.. Any thoughts on what this could mean? Does she have the ability to make me a PO free dining PIN?
 
Reservation CMs don't give out pins. They come from Disney Destinations. It's just a known piece of advice she gave you. Always ask if you have a pin code. They go out in waves so you never know when you'll get one.

Her POR reference was probably just letting you know that it is included in the pin offers, but not the public offers.
 
I can tell you from my experience that every other call I make (which has been many lately as I try to adjust my November dates) a CM tells me to call back in a few days, or tomorrow, or soon to check for a PIN. I have not had a PIN since my very first trip in 2007, so there goes that...

It doesn't stop me from calling back to ask! Especially if I have other business to conduct.
