Reservation changed and there is nothing I can do.

Unfortunately this story just reiterates my mistrusting feelings about MS....:(
I would much rather book, cancel, and rebook myself, online, rather than having to call.
I just wish you could do EVERYTHING online.

MS is a middle man for most transactions, I don't think that they deliberately mess with us but like anyone, they do make mistakes. When we can't verify waitlists and the notes attached to them all you can do is call back to verify. We do the same thing with room requests after the resort showed me that the request was not on the reservation even though MS said that they had entered it.

MS is definitely not perfect. It's great the OP eventually got it fixed. They could put more checks into the system, but they don't.
A simple one is for purchasing the one time use points. Some months ago, they charged my credit card the $360 for the maximum 24 OTU points. Then MS told me the system could not use the points! Ends up my starting date was 2 days outside of the 7 month window. MS should never have done the transaction in the first place! Then it took a few weeks to get the $360 credited back :(
It was an usual mistake on my part to have the wrong date for booking, but there is no excuse for MS to not know!

How did you find out it was not on the reservation, did you call the resort before arrival? I am worried about my request since they were all missing in January when we went
