Reservation Center problems.....

Anyone having a hard time getting thru to an agent on the reservation center? I have tried twice and they tell you how long until you get an CM and then nothing....the line just goes quiet. I know today is the start up date...are they just overwhelmed or is there still glitches to work out. I have some ressies to adjust and I need to get them done. LOL Thanks for the input.

just tried again and at the end of the gathering information they said my call would be answered in...... and then they started speaking in spanish.
The line then went dead, no music nothing. What the heck!

Disney's reservation system is getting a major overhaul. It has been down most nights this week.
