We have used TSS in the past and had a great experience...

We are looking to purchase an additional contract..Yes Addonitis has hit again

We are looking to add on about 60-75 points and realize those contracts go fast (I missed my last bid by 30 seconds, and it had been listed for about 10 minutes!), and would like to explore all options. SO are there other companies out there that you have had experience with for resale? I check the TSS website daily and receive their updates, but would also like to look elsewhere if there is another reputable company out there.

Here is my experience purchasing resale... for whatever it is worth!

I purchased a small contract using Jaki and **** at ********** (www.**********.com) and they were fantastic. Jaki called me on a Saturday to let me know we passed ROFR. They promptly answered all questions quickly and the entire process took 60 days from placing a bid to the points being deposited in our account at Disney. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am currently purchasing another small contract using Rachel T & David P at Fidelity Resales (www.myresortnetwork.com). Their closing costs are a bit higher than others but other than that, we are in the beginning of the process so I cannot give much info at this time. They just happen to have a contract that fit what I wanted.

I tried to use Shontell at DVC By Resale (www.dvcbyresale.com) last year but was not terribly impressed. When I submitted a bid lower than the listing I was told I was not serious enough about buying. Somehow the same bid amount elsewhere was accepted and passed ROFR. Others have had a good experience but that was not my case.

I am on the TSS mailing list and have inquired about various contracts. They always get back to me promptly when I make an inquiry. The only reason I have not used them is that I have not found a contract listed with them that fit my parameters (UY, point amount, etc). I would not hesitate to use them.
