Resale UY date

I already have a direct contract with a UY of August. We usually vacation mid October through mid December. If I can,t find a resale contract with a UY date of August I figure a UY of July or September would work out just fine for when I vacation. Just wanted to check with you guys I case I am missing something. Any drawbacks to what I am suggesting? Thanks in advance.

For trips from October to December, an August, September or October Use Year would all work well. There is no July Use Year (or January, May or November).
