Resale Market for BCV

I don't look at the resales on a regular basis, but just checked at TTS and noticed there are several BCV resales with "Just reduced" either in the title or the description. This seems to be something relatively new.

Is it possible that the AKL quasi-announcement has a taken a little wind out of the BCV resale market?

Looks like its not only BCV. This is the first time I've even looked at listings so I don't know whether it is a new thing or not, but with Disney cracking down on commercial renters I think we'll see a buyers market emerge for a while.
