Requesting Water View at Contemporary via Shades of Green

I want to request a water view and third floor for the Contemporary. We booked through the Shades of Green - who do I request it to?

Try going through SoG, but sometimes preferred views cost extra.

Or, you can do what DH does when we get there.....

He bats his eyelashes and sweet talks the people at the reception desk.

We just got back today, and he did himself proud yet again!!!
