I just called down to confirm everything for my upcoming vacation. I asked for a pool view room. I know there are no guarantees but I was wondering how many people actually got the view they requested???

We have always gotten exactly what we requested.

I have never ,ever gotten a thing I requested.I usually only ask for one thing too.I have requested at time of ressie, by fax, and at check-in.Maybe this time will be lucky.
