Requesting a room at Be Our Guest?????

This will be our third time eating here and DW was saying that she would love to eat in the West Wing. Has anyone every had any luck requesting which room they want to eat in? If so did you do it when you walked up for your reservation? That morning? Just trying to get an idea if its even possible and how to go about it!!

If it is for breakfast or lunch, you just seat yourself. For dinner, request when you check in. It may not be open for that evening, though.

We request a specific room when we first check in at the podium and tell them we are happy are wait longer in order to get our requested room. We have always been seated in the room we requested.

You can request a room. Be sure to let them know that you are willing to wait for a table to open.

I never like to assume that past practice is a future guarantee, especially with a venue that is as uneven and unpredictable as BOG.

We requested the west wing in December at dinner and we got it, but as PPs said, we had to wait a little extra

The West Wing is dark and smaller than the other 2 so if you request it you will likely have a bit longer wait. I've gone in at lunch and not been able to get a table in that room because it was full.

Just wanted to add, I don’t know if there are any little ones in your group, but I did see a toddler get scared in the west wing and she had to be taken out. It’s dark and the lightening/ thunder sounds can scare little ones. Mine were fine but others weren’t. Just an FYI

We only like the lunch, and every time we dine, we always go to the West Wing

We plan on requesting west wing this time for dinner for sure. We’ve eaten in the ballroom and the music box Fox thus far
