When my brother had a sudden massive heart attack in May it scared the heck out of me. Ive since gone on a lowfat, low sodium diet; lowered my cholesterol from 191 to 166; and lost an additional 17lbs (plus the 15 I lost last fall).
When people ask me how I did it I tell them I got scared.
