Her name is Bailey and yes ma'am this is her first trip. It will also be her first airplane experience. We are both very excited. Thanks again!

I am from TX too, but I have lived in the NE for past 5 years. I don't hear "ma'am" very often up here.

Yep that normally gives us away. I was in San Diego a few years ago and said "yes ma'am" to a lady and she said "you must be from Texas because people from California don't have those manners".. it makes you feel proud when people notice that. Anyway, thanks again for your work and the time you put in making sure others enjoy their trip.
