Request for a baseball shirt/Jonas Bros. design

Hi,

I know this may be a bit of an unusual request but my daughter has requested I post this, and I am tired of listening to her beg .

She would like a baseball shirt like what the Jonas Brothers wear when they play. If you've ever seen a picture of them in these shirts, the front of the shirt has the words 'Road Dogs' on it. It is written in the style of the Dodgers logo, I believe in blue, with a line under it.

Then for the back she would like the name Jonas (probably regular block letters) with a number 1 under it (like a typical baseball shirt).

I hope this makes sense. I would love to know how all you talented people make your designs, I really am clueless about all this.
