For those of you who've already been there, what can you tell us about the PSB? What characters have you seen there? Do they spend very much time with you? And what about the food? Is is served buffet-style, family-style, pre-plated, or what? Is it any good?

I'm considering this as an alternative to CRT. Do I need a credit card to hold a PSB, and what is the cancellation policy?

Thanks!

We did the PSB Friday, Aug. 23... There were 4 "princesses". Snow White, Belle, Jasmine, and Mary Poppins. They took about an hour to get to our table and did not spend much more time than the character meet -n- greets in the parks, even when we were talking with them more.
The food was good, not great, but good. It is family style and when you first get there cantaloupe, strawberries, muffins, and cinnamon rolls are on the table. The waiter brought oj, coffee, and a platter filled with scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoe casserole, sausage patties, and bacon strips (some people have reported Canadian bacon, but we got strips).
A credit card was not required and I am not sure of the cancellation policy.
Hope this answers all of your questions. It was a generally pleasant experience, although I enjoyed the breakfast at 1900 Park Faire and the lunch at Crystal Palace much more.

We were at the PSB on Aug 16th. In addition to the 4 mentioned above, Aurora was there. We had French Toast sticks as well as the food previously mentioned. We were able to get more bacon by asking the server.

We were in and out in about an hour. All 5 signed books, posed for photos, etc.

We ate at CRT in Feb, and I would say this was more relaxing, as I didn't feel packed in like a sardine!

Just went there last weekend. First, the women checking the ressies at the gate to world showcase HAD our reservation listed. The women checking at the podium did NOT. She seemed put out that the list was not complete but sat us fairly quickly. I was not impressed with the breakfast. We did Cindy's in April and I enjoyed that much, much better. The food at norway was fair, the eggs were cold and overcooked. But, of course, we don't really go for the food! The princesses were nice, Snow White, Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland. There was one princess and I did not recognize her at all. I quietly asked her who she was and she did not seem happy that I did not know she was sleeping beauty! I guess I should not have asked. This breakfast is okay if you absolutely cannot get into Cindy's, but in my opinion it's not as good.
