I published this post earlier in the ‘Disney resort’ forum but it was quickly pushed to the second page – hoping anyone here will be able to help 
Hi everybody,
My family will be visiting WDW from Brazil (they annually visit Orlando around February) and planning to stay in POFQ. They’ve ordered new cellphones online, but got an answer from several different merchants that their reservation is considered fraudulent and can’t be expected since Brazilian credit cards were proven to be “problematic”. Contacting costumer’s support didn’t help.
I’ve done some search and seen this post:

Two questions:
1. Did anyone else also faced this problem when sending to WDW hotel with foreign credit card?
2. Do you have an idea what can be done to approve the reservation? Maybe sending a proof about the room reservation can help? Any ideas will be appreciated.
