According to Nancy Gay of AOL NFL Fanhouse, Raiders head coach Tom Cable fractured the jaw of defensive assistant Randy Hanson during a fight early in training camp.
"It was Cable who hit him," a source said. "Hanson never saw it coming." Hanson's refusal to reveal his attacker's identity means Cable probably won't be charged with a crime. He could've been hit with felony charges. Napa police consider the case closed, "unless we are re-contacted by the victim, and the victim...want(s) us to follow through and pursue an investigation." Hanson also had problems with ex-Raiders head coach Lane Kiffin in 2008.
